Dr, Fadel at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, conducted a study which included 15 volunteers who has never practiced meditation before, these volunteers participated on a meditation for twenty-five minutes classes called “focused attention”. After the training, the volunteers part of the right legs were induced to heating for 5 minutes which caused pain, while MRI tracked the brain signals. Dr. Zeidan said, “We found a big effect- about 40 percent reduction in pain intensity and 57 percent reduction in pain unpleasantness. Meditation produced a greater reduction in pain than even morphine or other pain-relieving drugs, which typically reduce ratings by 25 percent.”

I simply can do it by turn on the television, looking for yoga channel and follow the instructions. Better if you add yoga video in your website to simplify your reader job.
