How to get beautiful and glowing skin with yoga?

Wondering how to get beautiful and glowing skin? Yoga is the solution to all the beauty secrets. Yoga not only provide you outer glow but also the inner glow from being happy and healthy which no skin cream can buy you. That being said, it is important that you stick to healthy diet and do yoga regularly.

As you know to look and feel healthy it is important for our bodies to get rid of toxins and yoga fluxes out toxins from our body, which revitalizes our cells thereby acting as a barrier against the aging process. The simple breathing poses also create more blood circulation, which in essence provide a beautiful radiance to your skin.

As mentioned earlier yoga calms our mind, which means there is no more unpleasant mood swings, anger, frustration and stress. You will not make those faces with repetitive frowns and scrunches on your forehead when you are happy, then those lines appearing from making such faces will be gone.

Yoga also enhances the absorption of nutrients by the cells in our body. When more nutrients are absorbed, your body functions more effectively to fight against aging, wrinkles, fine lines, scars or pimples.

  1. I had no idea that yoga could help you that much! I tried yoga a couple of times but because of my schedule I could not keep going. I will try to go again tho. And I love aloe gel, I normally use it, its great! thank you so much for the information 😀

    1. Thank you Javiera for your comment. Yes I understand the schedule problem, we are all so busy and focused on work that we forget about our bodies that takes all the stress and does all the work. But one day when our body becomes unhealthy we would have to work out or turn to yoga so why not spend just half an hour a day now? thats all the time you need. You are saving time from driving all the way to gym, because you could just do yoga at home and not only it provides you healthy body but healthy and calm mind.

Its nice to know you use Aloe gel, it is one of the best natural drink for digestion, upset stomach and helps with weight loss. I use it too everyday as a drink and on my face.

Thank you for visiting my website.

      Cheers

  2. Why is Kapalbhati pranayam harmful is I have high blood pressure? I would have thought it would relieve it? Will you explain a little more about this, please?

Also, it’s great about using Aloevera and I will try this. I get itchy skin when I am stressed, since about a year and a half! Do you recommend a certain brand and type? I know there is some with no pulp or gel. I prefer the gel style and have used it to calm a stomach injury years ago, by placing half and half gel and fruit juice. It’s like drinking jello.

    Thank you, Lynne

    1. Hello Lynne,
Kapalbhati is a very good pranayama to get rid of more than 90% diseases in your body. However when we perform this exercise heat is generated from within which is not good for a person with high blood pressure.
The AloeVera Gel I use is 99% Aloevera juice in a gel form, the brand is Lily of the desert. Try this one as I have sensitive skin too and it works great for me so it will help with your itchy skin.

  3. You explain these exercises well and provide good information. I know about the Aloe Vera as I grew up using it. However, I did not know of the facial exercise. I will definitely try that. Thanks for the information.

    1. Hello Kris,
Looks like you are fond of organic products too, I too used Aloe Vera since I was a teenager. I am glad to know that you liked them, try them out and let me know how it works for you :).
      Best Regards
      Raman
